I received a quick response with a case number plus them saying how sorry they were to hear this etc and could I give them copies of receipts of the money we paid our driver for petrol. Next day I emailed National express explaining our situation. Thankfully we quickly managed to arrange a lift by the driver whom drove us to the bus station. Next around 11pm it was our turn in the queue, only to be told we were in the wrong queue and that our coach was already away at 10.45pm.Īs you can well imagine I was really upset. Firstly I wish to mention, I feel awful to have to write a very negative review, however due to the lack of communication with this company, I feel I have no other choice.
